Removal from Georgia Sex Offender Registry Cases

Helping to get Registered Sexual Offenders in Georgia Removed from the Registry
in the following ways:

1. Working with the Sex Offender Risk Review Board
   -Petitioning the Board to ask for a Level 1 Rating
   -Petitioning the Board and seeking re-leveling from Level 2 to a Level 1 rating after ten years.
   -Petitioning the Board and seeking re-leveling from Sexually Dangerous
   -Predator to a Level 2 or Level 1 rating after ten years.
2. Sexual Offender Probation
   -Filing all actions and motions concerning sexual offender probation to the Court
3. Removal from Sexual Offender Registry
   -Filing motions and attending hearings for removal from sexual offender
   registry in superior courts (civil) across the State of Georgia.
